Vision

At Bright Star Education we believe that it is possible to break the poverty cycle when children are provided with a good education. Our vision is to provide quality education so that all children can have the chance to be loved, to explore, to learn and to grow. We envision the least of the community becoming the brightest stars in the society.

Our long-term vision involves purchasing land so we can build our own facilities that will include a library, after-school-care for the children, Teacher Training programs, English classes for parents, family care and vocational training. We believe that Bright Star Education will grow and develop in order to have large-scale and long-lasting strategic impact in Indian society and education system.

Mission

Bright Star Education is committed to giving quality education to disadvantaged  children, including those who are HIV positive, sick, physically and/or mentally challenged.  We believe that every child is unique and has the right to quality education. Our aim is to provide students with as many education opportunities as possible so that each one will succeed in his or her own special way. We also aim to focus on nutrition and the overall well-being of the entire family.
